What address should I return the product to?

If you’re not completely happy with your product and you would like to return it to us, it is important that you contact our Customer Care Team prior to returning the item so that the return can be recorded on your customer account.

The contact with the customer care should be made within the 24 hours of receiving the product, please send us photos of the received packaged in case of damage.

We will arrange for a pick up if in UAE or you can drop it to any of our locations you bought it from.

You should include a copy of the order invoice or documentation giving the order no. together with your details in with the item(s) returned.

When will I get my refund?

Refund is processed within 10 working days. It could be transferred to your account or can be given as a credit note.

Refund will only be given to people in UAE.

If there is a damage in the product and is recorded by the customer at the time of delivery, then complete amount will be refunded.

However, if the customer changes their mind and wants to return the product, then amount excluding the courier fees will be refunded.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

My product is faulty, what should I do?

If you experience any problems with your products, please contact report it to the delivery guy and send us photos of the faulty package within 24 hours of receiving the product.

We will arrange for a pick up and replace it with the undamaged goods.

In case of refunds, it can be transferred to your account or can be given as a credit note.


Website deals with shipping only within UAE as of now. Products will be delivered.

Cancelation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
